Budapest, Hungary - E-Group was major Sponsor of the Hacktivity 2010 conference (18-19th of September, Dürer Kert, 1146 Budapest, Ajtósi Dürer sor 19-21.). The Hungarian Hacktivity and the Polish CONFidence are the biggest IT security and system analyst ("white hat" hacker) conferences in the Central-Eastern European region.

E-Group as an exhibitor at the conference has demonstrated its SDX product family, the cryptography-related application suite used to create and verify electronic signatures (XAdES standard), encrypt and decrypt data (XML encryption) in order to render transmitted and stored data legally binding and to elevate the level of security of sensitive data. SDX moves extensively towards the WEB2.0 world, with new variants specially designed for communication related applications. E-Group has also demonstrated the new version of the DocMark product line, used to protect both printed and electronic documents, applying steganographic technology to embed and retrieve invisible digital watermarks in these documents.

In 2010 the well-known cryptographic expert, Bruce Schneier and the system analyst, Felix "FX" Lindner were the keynote speakers at Hacktivity.
