On 2nd February 2012, from 10 am we hold a presentation together with a product show on e-invoicing. The business event is organised by XAPT Hungary Ltd., its goal is to introduce the advantages of electronic invoicing in connection with the development of a realised electronic voucher issue system that has been accomplished on the basis of E-Group–XAPT cooperation. The participants can take part in an interactive workshop, can observe the system in operation, and can also consult personally .

The ’EKOP-1.1.1.-07-2009-0001’ project has terminated
The modernization of the National Company Registration and Information System (OCCR) was concluded on 31. October 2011. The increase of the security level of the Registry Courts’ informatics system and of the preservation of data-base stood in the focus of the modernization process. The professional work was completed within the framework of three sub-projects. Among them, E-Group established the introduction of electronic invoicing as a participant of the sub-project titled ’the elaboration of the report submission’s new procedure system, its connection to the government’s central applications (customer Log-In, e-payment).
The state and economic entities can save up to 150 million forints with the introduction of electronic balance sheet submission and e-invoicing. Furthermore, owing to the paperlessness of the process it greatly contributes to reducing the burden on the environment.
The system operated by KIM (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) provides electronic public services 24 hour a day, taking a significant part in the structural system of public service.

E-Group exhibited for the 5th time at CHTF 2011, the first rate HiTech Fair and Conference in China, presenting its software products and solutions portfolio including Electronic Payment Clearing and Settlement systems, micro-payment, e-voucher, NFC (Near Field Communication) R&D skills, PKI and digital signature and eID product family.
The Hungarian HiTech Pavilon was sponsored by the Ministry of National Development of Hungary. This year Minister Tamas Fellegi visited the national booth, met the exhibiting Hungarian HiTech companies and wished great success and good luck for their business endeavour in China. E-Group was represented by Mr Antal KUTHY the Executive Chairman and Founder of E-Group.

Mr. Gábor GARAMI - new CEO of E-Group |

E-Group ICT Software Zrt. announced that Mr. Gábor GARAMI had been appointed Chief Executive Officer. He succeeded Mr. József Gölöncsér on the post. The decision was approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting on July 27, 2011. Simultaneously with his appointment Mr. Garami has taken over the leadership of all E-Group companies.
Mr. Garami entered into contact with E-Group’s team during his final university years in 1998. He graduated in both information engineering and in bank information engineering which two degrees he obtained almost simultaneously. Mr. Garami started his career at E-Group as a software engineer and completed his qualifications in the field of economy with an MBA degree. He has become acquainted with all sections and areas within the company in the past 15 years and he has also joined in the circle of shareholders of the company. Before his appointment he had been managing the technological supervision and the field of R&D for over a decade and had worked as vice general president.
“Gábor’s dedication and lifelong belief in the growth of E-Group, his innovative work in R&D programs, along with his focus on fiscal responsibility and increased business development efforts made him the perfect person for this job“ said Mr. Antal Kuthy, Chairman of the Board

SDX has passed ETSI Plugtest |

E-Group’ s Digital Signature Application, SDX has passed the XAdES/CAdES Plugtests initiated by ETSI. By participating in the tests and receiving the certificate the first steps have been made towards EU standardization, creating the base for overall compatibility with similar European applications. |
